This is a simple choice for me. I'll be positive and list the pros of each. The Casio has a recognizable name, symmetric dial with full day and date, shorter lugs and a slender crown. Boderry has stuff I don't care about like an automatic movement, titanium case, and probably better water resistance.
They're not a mango to mango comparison. One is a field watch, one is a dressy everyday. Instead of getting the Boderry, just get the original Bertucci with the same price point. Instead of a Casio, get a Seiko with a similar design. But if I won the $100, I'd get a Seiko, Timex, or Vaer and just add a little extra dollars.

Symposium???
Symposium???
a conference or meeting to discuss a particular subject lol
For me, it would be the Casio, although the Voyager is really cool & offers alot for the money.
Which is less like anything you already have?

I guess the voyager is sort of close to the “eBay Alpinist” I built so I guess the Casio🤔

between those 2 I'd pick the casio, but if you're willing to consider other watches, I'd probably go for a duro lol
