Has anyone else recently tried contacting Dan Henry customer service and not gotten any replies?
I sent in a watch I purchased from them about 10 months ago that arrived defective. The chronograph second hand wouldn’t reset back to zero. It would always reset to +/- 7 to 10 seconds. They said to send it to their repair guy which I did. After a few weeks he replied to me saying my watch was finished and to confirm my return address. So I replied with my address. This was over a month ago. And I haven’t heard from them since.
I’ve tried emailing them 3-4 times and I’ve heard nothing back. Kind of bummed because although it’s not an expensive watch, I did wear it on my wedding day. And it was also a beautiful watch. I don’t want to bash the company or anything, just wanted to share my experience and I was curious if anyone else has experienced something similar.

Nope, no issues but haven’t sent them back anything.
If they have a Twitter and you do too try reaching out on there. Companies reply very fast because they don't want to look bad in public.

I sent them another DM on Instagram. Gonna try and give them another chance. Still no response tho after 8 hours.
Update - So I tried sending another email as well as DM’ing on instagram and waited a week. Still no reply. So I posted a comment about it on one of their IG posts and they got it flagged as spam and remove.
I use to be a fan of the company. Not any more. I don’t even understand why they are treating me like this. I was nothing but patient and easy going about it.
Yeah, I made an IG comment about the handset on one of his watches and he replied "do your homework". Way to go, Mr Henry.
