What better way to use a Speedy than to time a Beer Stein holding competition? Bill Paxton in Apollo 13 can suck it! This was way cooler than timing the burn that saved those astronauts. 5 minutes and 3 seconds fellas! Can you hold a 32oz mug of beer at arms link for that long?

This was the old man competition. They also had a “boys” division for under 45 and a women’s division.
Interestingly the young lady that won the women’s with a time of 2:32 is an analytical chemist.
