Oris’s 2023 novelties

It’s the most wonderful time of the year. The world’s largest watch show, Watches and Wonders Gen

At the 16 second mark, there's a brief glimpse of a turbine-inspired bezel and a big crown with no crown guards. The design language screams ProPilot.

However, the dial is deeply recessed and is quite far from the bezel. Additionally, it also looks like the crown is positioned at the 4 o'clock and ProPilot watches generally have them at 3 o'clock.

Therefore, I'm not quite sure it's a regular ProPilot or even a ProPilot X.

What do you all think it could be?

No idea, very interesting dial colour though!

Reminds me a bit of the Red dial Coulson they did not long ago. Bright dial with a new case material. I guess they're following that trend.

I think I figured it out.

It bears more than a striking resemblance to the Propilot altimeter from 2014.

If so, unfortunately it means I've somewhat lost interest because of the 47mm diameter.

I was hoping for a new dial with applied markers for the 39mm ProPilot X, but I guess I just have to keep waiting.
