New color for the field watch ProTrail

We just added a new color to our field watch collection, the ProTrail Umber with an earth tone dial and strap. Perfect match for a field watch as I think.

The case of the ProTrail is antimagnetic to 1000 Gauss and scratch-resistant to 1200 Vickers. I hope you like it.

Awesome specs and looks to match. How does it compare pricewise to the gold standard Hamilton Field Khaki?

Beautiful watch! Love the specs, screw-down crown & anti-magnetic qualities. I have a Hamilton Mechanical Field that was gifted. Always bummed there is no screw-down crown and 60 meters water resistance. This watch is a superior build. Wish you had a date complication version.

I opted against date for the anti-magnetism. The soft iron cage can also work with date I know, but I wanted to be sure.

I'm afraid to compare both watches wouldn't be fair.....for Hamilton 😊

The ProTrail is an uncompromising rock solid real Outdoor watch.

Circula is still family owned manufacturer and makes watches since three Generations as I know, located in Pforzheim (norther Black Forest).

Beside the mentioned anti magnetic ability the material of the case has a special treated surface and hardend steel. 1200 Vickers (unit to measure hardness) almost scratch resistant as ceramic. Just to compare: Usual 316L stainless steel has not more than 240 Vickers.

The water resitance is 150m.

So it should withstand any action in the wild. Beat it, drop it, go swimming.

And it also has a unique design. Circula goes since few years unique way of designs with their watches.

Circula also asks their customers and fan base when developing new models.

The price is 899 Euros. Actually more than reasonable.

I like the Hamilton field. In germany it costs 675 Euro. But actually it was to simple and plain to me to pay almost 700 bucks.

Awesome! This watch is on my list now. Such a great watch for the piece. I often say a find like this compared to the more expensive competition = this watch overbuilt the comp underbuilt

The build quality of Cornelius’ watches really comes through in person…it’s the reason I picked up a compressor
