Chrono24 Experience

A few weeks ago I purchased my first watch from Chrono24. I must say that it was a fairly straight forward and easy process. I purchased a Seiko SBBN031 from a dealer in Hong Kong. The time from purchase to having the watch in hand was one week. The only issue I ran into was the watch being held for a day by customs because there was a piece of paperwork that was needed. I reached out to the dealer and he provided the paperwork to FedEx, and within a day the watch was released. I did end up getting hit with custom duties, but I paid after delivery when FedEx sent me a bill in the mail. All in all it was a very smooth process, and I would recommend using the site.

Exact same happened to me when buying a watch via C24 from Australia I think there should be somewhere in the site that somebody covers the custom duty fee kind of annoying, but it is what it is I guess

From what I've read it is real hit or miss on whether you get stuck with the bill or not. I thought I was in the clear because I wasn't asked to pay it at the point of pick up with FedEx. But I got the bill in the mail yesterday.

I have bought three through them and had one issue which they quickly took care of! Recommended.
