Hi. It’s not the second hand. It’s when the rotor goes a few rounds, and then there’s a single “tick” sound. Then as the rotor goes a few more rounds it ticks again. Always a single tick after the rotor moves a few rounds. Not very loud but enough for me to hear it in a quiet room.
