A new Chinese special. Guess the price.
I've ordered this one on the last AliExpress sale, because I wanted an actual cinese watch. For the price I paid, I really didn't expect much.
But I gotta say, I'm pretty blown away by the watch. It's a mechanical movement, applied indices and logo, domed (I assume acrylic) crystal, signed crown and buckle and even a signed (not awful) leather strap.
And I really can't make out any imperfections/ QC issues on the dial. It all looks great.
One thing they have screwed up, tho: the measurements. It's a 38mm diameter which is great, for that style of watch probably still too big. But the lug-to-lug is 48mm with barely any curve to them. So it sits really flat on the wrist and the lugs are floating in the air (I have a 7.5" wrist).
I'm not sure if the case is stainless steel, might also be chromed brass. And it's keeping the time so far pretty great.
Now considering the price I paid: just under 28€ incl. shipping, this is insane value imo.

This numeral typeface seems to be doing the rounds today, and that is a good thing.
Super sharp and an insane price point. I am always a fan of Chinese brands that keep Chinese names instead of forced English names that always excude faux-ness.

I bought this one through Aliexpress for $25, including tax. Shipping was free. The only thing I can find wrong is the crown tends to re-engage while setting the time. It's a tank and comfortable on the steel bracelet, though better on a NATO.

No, it's quartz. We'll see just how serviceable it is when it comes time to change the battery.
