I’ve been interested in watches since a very young age. I remember looking at my dad’s small watch collection when I was a kid. Machines have always fascinated me, as has time.
Q: What was the first watch you ever owned?
The first watch I remember wearing was a Casio Databank “calculator watch”. But I also had some Swatches when I was a kid (in the 80's).
Q: Do you have a watch with a particularly interesting story behind it?
Not yet.
Q: What is one piece of advice you have for someone just getting into watches?
Take it slow, and don’t worry what anyone else thinks - if you like the watch, that’s all that matters.
Q: What brands have been getting your attention lately?
Omega, Orient, Seiko, Lorier
Q: What is your grail watch and why?
I’m just enjoying the journey. UPDATE: I really like the Zenith Chronomaster Sport. I'm not in any hurry, but eventually I may get one...
