Will this big watch fit my 6 inches/16 cm twist?

I have been thinking about getting this seiko captain willard homage but i dont know if it will be to much for my small wrist. It has a diameter of 44mm and a lug to lug of 46 mm.

It's going subjective to you and how you like thinks to fit, but for me with 6-6.25in wrist it's fits well. Anything below 48mm lug to lug is excellent for me, while 50mm is my max and depends on lug design.

I reckon it’ll fit. Measure the width of your wrist, if it’s more than 46mm across you should be good to go.

I love the Steeldive Willard homages I have and I don't think they wear as "big" as their diameter would suggest. Of course, my wrist is fatter than six inches so I can't say for certain. I can say that AliExpress Willards tend to be priced very nicely in the several major sales throughout the year including the Anniversary Sale beginning 18MAR2024. This one looks to be less than $60 in this sale!

It doesn't wear large at all, feels more like a 40mm to me

Everyone is diff. I would measure the surface area of your wrist that u would wear it. I have small wrists. Mine is about 48mm surface area (not around/diameter). If the lug to lug is under that 48 for me, it will likely fit (again its not everything but this helps me as a guide) so I prefer like 45mm lug to lug or so, then its okay for me.

The watch doesn't make the man. The man makes the watch. Own that sh#t and you'll be fine.

Big watches are not comfortable in the least. The weight and presence will get you finding a different watch to wear. It will look good in a watch box though.

Too big.
