What would be the best price for a Seiko alpinist SPB121J1
I’m planning to buy my first seiko and thought alpinist would be a good option but when compared to youtube reviews indian online price are bit hight, so it would be greater if i could get a best price to buy one

That watch was limited in production and seems to be universally loved. Finding one at any price will be a challenge. Your buying when the market price is high. If your looking for new, good luck. If your willing to buy pre-owned, you may have to wait for the market to chill.

There is a seller from Japan on Chrono24 selling this new (with box & papers) for just a tad over $500. Haven’t found a better price for a new one. Thinking of getting one for myself.
JDM websites usually have good deals for around $550-600 but you have to also consider the duty and taxes you might incur to pay when you ship the watch. Adding all and if it comes to about the same price in your location then it is pointless. Go to a Seiko boutique and you may get a discount which may be a better deal compared to shipping from another country.
Or if you travel then try to pick up from the said location.
