Yep! I wanted to keep it “honest” to its age and history. But wanted to read the dial clearly and not have to worry about getting it wet. Pressure tested to 100m so should be good!

Would’ve also been a good decision 👍 If I’d swapped out the bezel insert, I’d probably also have polished the case. But to do all that on a watch I got for $150 … 🤷♂️
