Omega/Which model is this?

Hi Guys, this is my moms watch from 1975. She does not have any paper or box.

I want to understand the exact model and caliber to get a proper service for that.

Appreciate any advice.

Just a guess via Chrono24, but it seems to be a Omega Geneve 511.0451 with caliber 620
