This unlocked a pretty deep memory, I'm guessing it won't work with modern displays (not that the tech will be useful now)
(edit: he did mention that they only work with CRTs, there was a standalone infrared adapter that they released later. But yeah, obsolete - still cool though)

I had one in the late 1990s. It worked for what it was. As I recall, it only worked with CRTs and not notebooks (which were about the only LCD screens at the time)
