A game developer by trade and if I didn't enjoy watches, I wouldn't be here. I am to blame for the really old-ass looking photos on the WRUW page. Particularly fond of Casio, Citizen and vintage Conco...

I remember this game (then again, I remember the first one, as I had the port for the Sega Master System) - I don’t remember this as a piece of merchandise though. The PSP port was dreadful, it was a much better experience on the PS2.
Wow that super hot. I'll bet it's a collector item.
It's a shame there not many good watches with anime themes.

I didn't reach far in the PS2 version, been meaning to start over now that the game is on Steam too

Hardly lol, the limited edition box was sitting used under $25 on play Asia for years. It came with the art book and the OST, it was generally cheaper than buying the OST standalone. There are a bunch of anime collabs with Casio and Seiko, you'd probably find something to your liking there

I won’t spoil it for you... last Ys game I played (chronologically in terms of release date, not story) was the remake of III on the PSP. I didn’t get a PS4, so VIII onwards I have not played. I might dig out the PSP from storage now, I have I & II remake, III remake, VI, and VII. That’s a good few weeks of keeping me out of trouble.
