I think you can find these brand new on WatchBuys though they are the not the black-PVD version I think you desire unfortunately. Roughly $2500-3000 ballpark if I remember.
I have the regular SS Sinn 144 that I picked up pre-owned locally.
They come up for sale every so often on Chrono24, but they do seem to be a bit tough to find. WatchBuys is the official Sinn retailer for the USA I believe.
