I’ve started to be drawn to watches with doomed or pan shaped sapphire crystal. I just love how the light reflects across the surface.
I do love the flat modern look as well like Nomos and many others but the doomed shape just gives it another vibe. That coupled with an interesting dial does the trick for me.
Are there good examples of this? Junghans Max Bill is one I can think of. Are there others?

A doomed crystal? I prefer mine without enchantments, safer in the long run.
Same here. As long as the thickess is still manageable
