Well the movement number, 6531-5030, is on the bottom of the dial. Are there markings on the case back?

The actual Seiko reference for these older models have mostly been lost to time. Noone really uses them anyway. I've had a look in the 1984 and 1985 catalogues and can't find an exact match. Your watch dates to June 1985.

Most people will use the numbers on the back to refer to the model, although that only gives you the movement reference and case number, the numbers in the front are the movement reference and dial number.

So for yours most people would list it as 6531-5020.
