The VC is just that much more attractive
Literally just bought the GS a few days ago, so you know where my views heading!
Vacheron Constantin Overseas is better than Grand Seiko Sakura for a few reasons. First off, Vacheron has a long history of making luxury watches with the highest quality craftsmanship. The Overseas is known for its iconic design and the most recognizable VC. On the other hand, while Grand Seiko Sakura might be good, it's a bit limited in styles and materials. Vacheron also offers more complications and movements. So that is why I think the VC is better.

I personally prefer the look of the VC but for me it is very uncomfortable to wear due to the bracelet design
