Haha yes they have changed the center links!😄
I agree the blue is stunning! Hope you enjoyed the video! Please like the video and subscribe to the channel if you haven’t already done so🙏🏻 thank you!
Yes my OP and DJ also do not have this gap, that’s what got me curious in the first place😅 like how come it’s not standardized on all models? My best guess is because of the Sky-Dweller’s movement, the thicker case and shape of the case. Just thought I would ask here to see if anyone can confirm or perhaps have another answer😄
Hey man thanks for taking the effort to check! Really appreciate it😊
Yeah I don’t doubt that it’s normal to have that gap, I’m just pondering the reason for it. Because it’s not present on all models. So I’m thinking why Rolex does it for certain models (Sky-Dweller, Submariner) but not others (Datejust, Oyster Perpetual)
*OCD is real🤣🤣
I agree with you, but I have indeed noticed this on all Sky-Dwellers that I have seen in person and online as well. I was thinking could it be something to do with the movement and the functions of the ring command bezel? Or perhaps with the larger diameter and thicker case, the crown would be easier to grip and unscrew with that gap? Just checking to see if anyone knows the actual reason (if there is one)😂
Yeah I know what you mean, but for the Sky-Dweller in particular I have checked out many pieces in person and also many different images and videos of it online as well. And they all have this same gap there. So I’m just wondering why that is🤔
But really thanks for your advice, I do appreciate it🙏🏻
