Does dial colour influence how a watch wear?

I would really love to buy the Tudor Chronograph. I like the reverse panda for its legibility however the panda makes more sense in terms of value.
However, I have a concern. I have only tried the reverse and it fits towards my wrist limit but I’m ok with that. Would the panda be looking big on my wrist becase the dial is white?

I guess color can deceive the eyes a bit… hence I wear a lot of black color shirts to look sexy all the time😉

I don’t know if it will look big but normally silver or white dials looks bigGER compared to a similar watch in black or blue.

Black is "slimming"

Color is certainly one factor in how large a watch appears to wear on the wrist, and with all else remaining equal, a dark dial will usually wear a bit smaller than a light dial. The impact that the color has on how large a watch wears appears to influenced by other factors as well, and for me personally, the sub dials and hour markers on the Tudor chrono tend to make the difference less noticeable than it would be on a watch with a mono colored dial.  It would obviously be ideal to try it on before purchasing, but if that isn't an option, I don't think that the difference would be enough to be of concern.

Definitely, but I'm guessing it's going to be a mm difference at most.

thanks all for the comments. it really helps. i need to see the panda in the metal before i can decide (I was thinking just to buy it online from a ‘dealer’). I just wish i can go to AD and try both at the same time to help decide. I just need to be patient. If it’s meant to be, it’s meant to be

Like the others said, normally the same watch in a light color will appear bigger than in a dark color.

In this case the black dial has the same color as the bezel which makes the dial look bigger again 😄 So probably not much of a difference.

In the end only trying it on will tell you if you like it.

Oh and take the one you like better and not what could be better „in terms of value“.
