The difference a strap makes

I got this watch a few weeks ago. I wanted to add a GMT to my collection. I thought I liked metal bracelets but after getting this rubber strap I love this watch even more.

I knew changing the band could make a difference but I like this even more on a strap than the original braclet.

Anyone else ever liked a watch more when it wasn’t on the “stock” set up?

Another angle and the original for reference.

My Blue Moon Cocktail Time looks better on straps than its bracelet to me.

Yeah I got an Orient Ray II in black and when I switched it onto a grey nato it took it to another level for me. Always worth trying out a new strap…can save hundreds on buying a new watch!😂Enjoy your GMT

I've got second options for nearly all of mine. I'm a big fan of quick release spring bars so I can swap in and out without fuss.

Christopher Ward hybrid rubber straps and Garmin straps are surprisingly comfy. I regularly swap them onto my other watches and they definitely change the wearing experience (and aesthetic)!

The quick release is wonderful. Faffing about with spring bars can be a bit fiddly at times.
