Moved by the post of the gentleman @kimbal27
I haven’t worked on my watches for months for some circumstances, but when I saw the SEIKO 5 on that jubilee bracelet and being finally able to sit on my station I decided to finally so what I love.
I took the jubilee bracelet off my beloved timepiece to try a fitting and see if I wann order a jubilee strap for the SEIKO.
It is actually growing on me. What do you gentlemen think?
A watch ORIENTed SEIKOpath… I love authenticity and craftsmanship in a watch. to me an exceptional watch is a watch that is manufactured exceptionally well under the microscope. I find it mind blowing...

Yeah brooo, prices and brand positioning aside, I seriously can’t say which is better!
Bro it looks great, just make sure to get a jublee with goes withthe finishing of the case ie matches and also ...... MAKE SURE IT DOESN'T COST 20 TIMES THE PRICE OF THE WATCH
But seriously, Seiko is a wonderful brand and my snk809 is still one of my favourites

Yeah man! I have 2 SEIKOs and 6 more with SEIKO movements powering them with one more on it’s way.
When I want something durable that I can depend on I find myself opening my watch box and reaching out for a SEIKO. I love the ROLEX for it’s design. ROLEX is a statement yes. But yet again, I believe that ROLEX is where it is now because they put themselves there (the brand positioning part). And I thank God that SEIKO didn’t do what they did cause they would have been more expensive. Don’t get my wrong. I love ROLEX. But putting it’s bracelet on a SEIKO is just equal to me (price part). If you think about it. My first post here was for the SEIKO.
