Are the lower priced that poor ?
It cannot be beneficial to a brand to offer rubbish & quality! Or can it ? Is the watch shown any good ?

I bought a Bulova Marine Star (quartz) for 200 US dollars, and the quality was really good, but what surprised me the most was the high quality of the rubber band.
Seiko and Citizen, to name two, offer watches across a huge price range.
Doesn't seem to be doing them any harm.
