I had the fortune to find the very knowledgeable salesman for Carl F. Boucherer with no customer to talk to so I made it an opportunity to look at a watch from a high luxury brand which I know little about. The watch in particular that caught my eye is the Manero Tourbillion Double Peripheral ref: 00.10920.01.13.01 at 43 mm. The case, hands and indices are all 18 k yellow gold with a silver colored dial and brown alligator leather strap. The watch comfortably fits my 6 ½” wrist and wore like a 41 mm watch. I could have watched the beautifully finished tourbillion rotate all day but turning the watch over reveals some pretty cool stuff. The first thing that was obvious looking through the sapphire crystal display case back was the unique peripheral rotor smoothly sliding around the very outside of the case as if it was made to purposely not block you view of the CFB T3000 caliber in house movement and floating tourbillion. The finishing work of this watch is superb. The unfortunate thing about this watch is that it is priced out of my reach by quite a bit but it is an exceptional time piece.

Thanks for the review! looks beautiful! the 12 o'clock spot for the tourbillon is quite different - the 6 being the usual on most watches I think. would love to get a legit high spec tourbillon someday but can't ever imagine putting that much money into a watch. 72k?! 🤯 Mind blown
