I didn't perform your tachymeter suggestion, but I'm on here for hours, I know it's hours.

I work from home, and I leave a browser window with WC open almost the whole day, every day. I refresh it between emails.

If I'm not actively reading something on WC, it's still open in another tab when I go to other sites.
