photo is out of focus so quite hard to be definitive and no dimensions to consider …
I am a BOR fan so initially warm feelings but really need to handle them and see the clasp to be fully enthused
Assuming the 12 marker on the bezel is well lumed, I quite like the bezel markings but I think the balance between the minute markers (0-15) and the numbers on the bezel is a bit off. The former are too big and/or the latter are too small. I suspect it’s a bit of both and a much better balance could be achieved.
Hands look a little stunted and could be pointier; less so the hour hand but definitely the minute hand.
Biggest detractor for me is probably the logo. Everything else is minimal in terms of markings and then there’s a massive prominent logo. It makes it look like an advertising piece and it could say “Skoda” or “Adidas” and drags it towards fashion watch territory. I’m not a fan of the logo itself (I’m not a fan of many logos) but by making it so f/o massive you’re really only appealing to those who love it. If you scale down the logo then it has a chance of wider appeal as people may like the watch and forgive the logo. As it is it’s a binary choice - love it or leave it.
Logo - to be honest one of the big problems with the logo is the double underlining. Without this it might be much better balanced. Not sure why the double underlining is important - Freud and the graphologists would have a field day with it and not in a good way. If it’s important to you, maybe keep it on the packaging, etc. but lose it on the watch face.
Definitely my kind of watch somewhere between a Baltic Aquascaphe and a Crepas but not quite there yet.

Good luck with it.
Searched through and found some of the earlier pics in focus and the hands are fine - just a poor showing in this most recent pic as the focus was not sharp.

Thanks for the input I was toying with the notion of putting on the back of the watch only
