Watch shopping: WoS & Tank Française

Stopped in at Watches of Switzerland to try on the Tank Française. It’s so different than the one I aspired to in the 90’s. Very cool. On my wrist is the large and the medium is on my girlfriend’s wrist. I will get the large. Great experience at WoS. Adel (sp?) was extremely helpful and showed us many other watches as well. In regards to Cartier, he hinted that Cartier is coming out with some very different and bold releases next year. Can’t wait to see!

I visited the same shop on knightsbridge on the weekend, also met Adel (sp?) for the first time, he was a great guy, very passionate about watches as well!

I did the same a few days ago except it was the Tank Louis (L) for me and Tank Must (S) for the mrs. Now I just need to find £15k from under the sofa..

My next Cartier will be a medium Santos with the blue dial. Sometime before the end of this year is the plan.

Great choice! The Santos Medium with the white dial was my first Cartier...super versatile!
