I’d wanted a Hamilton Khaki for a while . And I like watches that display the whole day. I already have several black faced watches in my collection so I went for this. Have to say I’m really pleased . They describe the colour as “champagne “ . I’d say it was more “light brass “. £620 , it’s noticeably better than watches I paid 400 for , not quite as quality as ones I paid £1000 for . It’s sweep isn’t as smooth as higher end automatics (but accuracy is to within a second a day ) . The glass doesn’t have anti glare (I’m in Scotland , we don’t know what glare is ). No exotic materials but well made . Strap is serious quality (and they charge 100 for a replacement , so it should be ) . Overall I’m very pleased

I have the black khaki automatic on the OEM bracelet and it’s one of my favourite watches. Love the dimensions and great quality for the price. I’m definitely a Hamilton fan - great brand heritage too. Enjoy!

Have you got any other Hamiltons ? The bwlow
Zero looks interesting
I have a railroad watch c.1910 and a US navy watch from the early 1940s. Both still work beautifully.
I do keep an eye out on wristwatches, including vintage, but nothing further yet.
I have definitely got pickier now and I enjoy the search and research just as much or more than actual ownership - much cheaper too!
Beautiful looking Hamilton 👍
The Khaki King is one of my favorites.
The day and date complications on this make it a homerun.
See - your pic shows the true colour . I reckon their website pics don’t do it justice . Looks like it’s got a light green or something
Always enjoyed a vintage light brass
I love my black dial version. It’s easily one my favorites. Really wish they would AR the crystal, though. Would bring it to another level.
Congrats! No doubt Hamilton knows what they are doing. If you like Hamilton, you will need to check out Longines as well....
