Filling it with mineral oil like the Sinn Hydro. It is supposed to increase water resistance and extend battery life but I'd be doing it to reduce glare and improve legibility. Also, just to see if I can.

I've seen these. They make it look like the dial is plastered directly to the crystal. It's a very cool look. Good luck with the mod.
