I just got an empty box from them . . . No watch just the box and papers! Called the company and no one in on Black Friday and not open till Monday. I have already called my credit card company but am still freaking out.

It was! I was a wreck not even knowing how to figure out what happened. Thank God for the Watch Crunch community! If I hadn’t posted I never would have found the watch. When I was helped, I thought about deleting the thread. However, it quickly occurred to me that this was exactly the type of information people need. I do think C&C should let customers know about this packing decision. I cannot possibly be the first customer that went through this.

Indeed. I was beside myself. But I think the thread might help others. I do plan on letting C&C know they really need to inform customers as to this packing method.
