Does this eBay seller look legit to you? Their price is substantially lower than everyone else at $509USD… what are your thoughts?

It looks legitimate to me, too. And, I have seen those sell for less directly from Citizen. I bought my blue version on bracelet from the Citizen US site for under $500.

My first thought was about taxes and duty. As ebay calculated under the price tag it will cost all together around 680 USD. Try to find it on a website were you can avoid it. As @caktaylor said. It should be quite easy to find in Northamerica for around 500.

If you can't find it now, just be patient. Check again in few weeks. Little time of waiting can safe you 180 USD.
