Pink Pig Watch
This Tandorio was the second AliExpress watch I bought for my wife but the first one that worked. (An earlier sub homage with a Seagull movement introduced us to the lower end of the success curve.) This uses the NH35A which enjoys a widespread good reputation.
She liked the cute pig on the dial and it seemed to be a good balance of parts and specs. It came with a rubber strap which I replaced with an Invicta pro diver bracelet I bought on flea-bay (for the price of a couple "extra" links.) It was what I had, she wanted a bracelet, and it fit. The only complaint has been the strength of the clip on the Invicta clasp. Every Invicta I've owned has a very strong clip which is good for retention but hard on fingertips.
At the time of sale I inquired which bracelet Tandorio would spec for this case and "bookmarked" it. Now I've gotten around to buying the 'original spec' bracelet which has the easier to use pushers to release the clasp.
We both grew up in Atlanta. If your family had occasion to do their Christmas shopping at the downtown Rich's you might get to go along and ride the Pink Pig.

IIRC, I paid about $75 for the whole watch back then. I would recommend a better grade of case if you can put the pieces together yourself.

The attached picture shows how much she loves it. She rated it 20/10, a first for me. As much as I like your idea and offer, she doesn’t wear watches. I’ve tried for years to get into horology. She just hates things on her wrist lol
I built this one for my wife for Xmas last year. Yours may also like purple and rose gold. I later got her a rose gold bracelet for it.
