Maybe an alpinist would be a better choice because of the compass but I know which I would rather have. What strap is that on, it doesn't look like what it comes with.
Good to see people like you having adventures with their watches, and not locking them in a safe.
Superb, I was there a couple of months back (Luang Prabang) and took my Citizen NY0040 Lume dial, held up great. Lovely part of the world, enjoy your trip!
