Casio A168 vs. F91W

I ordered a mod kit for an A168 from skxmod. But when I searched and compared watches from different sites I accidentally ordered an F91W. Didn't notice until It came in the mail.

Question is, is it the same digital clock module in them? Can I use the F91W module in the A168 mod case?

It's not the end of the world of course, the watch was 200 SEK (20 pounds UK). Easy to sell or gift away.

Edit: Yes, I'm a moron. But that's beside the point. 🙂

The F91 module is slightly slimmer.

They're different. A-168 has Illuminator, which necessitates a thicker case. The black equivalent is the F-105.

@SwedishBones Wanted to ask how did you go with F91 module in A168 case?

I really keen to mix SKXMOD case for A168 with:

That would be an amazing powerhouse of a watch. Adding NFC prob will be down to space avaialbe in the case. But fitting custom PCB designed for F91 into A168 case is prob the main issue.

I bought the A168. So I can't tell whether the smaller F91 module fits in an A168 case.
