I Have struggled, it seems watch brands think women don't swim. It's for a holiday / beach watch. That lotus is probably the best option so far and argos have it for £70 thanks

Those are really difficult parameters. Best I can throw at you is the Abingdon Elise, which is 33mm, only 50m WR, and five times the price. Sorry, best of luck.
Invicta could work. If you’re willing to go up a bit; check out the Islander Manhasset model. It’s 36mm with 100m water resistance and very nice dial colors. They are close to $300 though.
For something a bit more expensive, but nice; are you aware the Seiko Cocktail Time and the Hamilton Jazzmaster both have 33.8mm models?
