It's Cocktail Time Again

Yes the weekend is upon us and it's time to open up the bar for part 2. And for this installment we've done some people focused cocktails to celebrate some of the more prominent members of the forum. So get yer shakers out n start mixing...

The Ichibunz... a deliciously sweet version of a Watermelon daiquiri

For this a good handful of ice in the blender, a good slug of strawberry puree, 3 slices of Watermelon cut up, 50ml of melon liqueur, 50ml lemon juice at least 50ml of white rum. A quick blitz and your in buiseness.

Very sweet and packed with vitamin C (nearly h'elfy).

The Deeperblue...a zingy gin based drink

For this.. 25ml blue curaçao in the bottom of the glass, fill with crushed ice, then in the shaker put 50ml of gin,25ml blue curaçao, 50ml lemon juice,25ml apricot brandy and 12.5 ml sugar syrup, shake and pour gently over the crushed ice, top with a lemon sorbet float.

And for a third one... the pagani design 1969 tiffany blue chrono

AKA The Hommage..it's not all about the alcohol some of you don't drink, won't drink and can't drink and there's always the poor driver to consider so here's one for you..

For this put 2 squirts of bubblegum syrup, 25ml of non alcoholic triple sec, 50ml lemon juice in your shaker mix and then top up with lemonade and pour into a glass.

All were thoroughly tested last weekend by a hardcore group of enthusiasts including the previous batch and have been given unanimous approval. Enjoy 🍹🧃🧉
