Tissot PR100 COSC
My 2nd COSC watch. It’s an out of production model I bought off ashford.com and it’s gotta be the most affordable Swiss made COSC 100m automatic watch with an in-family movement.

How much is the automatic? I only saw a quartz chronometer at Ashford. I guess it didn't last long. The quartz is a deal too at under 200 bucks.

Number of jewels is telling. 23 is in .111, the one with the plastic escapement. I doubt it's that one, I'm leaning towards .611 (brass escapement with jewels, nivachron balance spring). .811 has a silicone balance spring and Tissot tout that on their dials.

They've made a chronometer with plastic parts. Kudos! I'm not a plastic basher, so I'm curious how that works out. But since they can make it a chronometer, it speaks something.
With the success of PRX and Gentleman, the PR100 line totally runs under the radar. Even LeLocle has more fans I guess. But the PR100 is more compact on size ane so versatile. Had the white quartz version before.
It is nice and clean. When it comes to affordable quality Swiss watches, Tissot always come to my mind. Affordable COSC watch, even better! 😍
