Modified G-shock with AP case is the ultimate  daily watch. People will easily and quickly think it’s a AP, but will forgive you just as quickly once they realized it’s a G-shock. I love the compliments I get with this piece.

Yeah that's really sharp looking.

How does it wear?  I’ve thought about doing one of these. I don’t live the idea of people asking me if it’s an AP, but nobody asked me about my watches now so I assume this wouldn’t be different. I just wonder if it’s comfortable.

wont lie, it’s chunky. The diameter of the g-shock I believe is around 38mm so it isn’t that big, but the case and module makes it thick. at times the band does poke my skin with some sharp edges but overall since last year it’s been really great For daily use (I use this mostly at work, I’m a Mercedes-Benz technician) so working on mechanical work is useful and resist oil/coolant easily. I’m located in south Florida, so people down here are usually into their luxury brands. Most trained eyed watch enthusiast I meet usually are the ones who notice and makes This watch a great conversation starter

Lol, yeah Mercedes owners in SFLA will know their luxury watches. Thanks for the info.
