I just bought this for 13 USD. I hope Im not way over my head in thinking this is worth the time, money, and effort to restore.

Crystal swaps are fairly easy and you can upgrade to sapphire with or without the magnifier. You'll want to take it to an actual watchmaker, it might have used crystal glue instead of just being pressed in.
