Can’t understand Slack
Does anyone else have this issue? I was invited to a certain online watch sites Slack group (area? channel?) and after a couple days I couldn’t keep up. I can’t figure out how to search anything, the channels are clogged with topics, and the conversations are hard to follow. It makes me feel like a slacker being told I have “90+ unread” when I log in. What is this, my work email??? I guess technology finally over came this over-the-hill horological hobbyist. I might not see everything on WC, but at least I can understand it’s UX and enjoy the experience.

When a hobby turns into work, it’s time to get out.
I still haven't figured out Reddit... I'm not that old(40), but some UIs I just refuse to learn.
I’ve been hearing about this one through the grapevine of watch videos on YouTube. My first thought was: they can’t compete with WC.
I also had twitter for like, 6 minutes. Then I quit. I should have learned 😂
