It seems that Jura Watches customer service is very inconsistent. Yours is by no means the first negative comment I have read about them.
To be fair to them though I’ve bought quite a few from them and have generally had a very good service.
Jura/CW is such a disaster. I’ve only had bad experiences. 1) ordered a Seiko Tuna - told to wait 3 months (said it would be next day delivery) 2) shipped a worn & not running Ikepod. I also once ordered a Willard with poor QC and returned it, which is half Seikos fault but they took weeks to refund and only after chasing! Glad you had a good outcome in the end and lovely watch!!

1st would be the Hamilton Khaki Field Mechanical Bronze H69459530 then the Sinn 556i RS leather strap and bracelet and the last would be the Rolex Explorer 36mm 124270 😁
