If I could only keep one watch from my collection…

…..it would have to be this. I absolutely adore this tuna 😍

That is, of course, with the exception of my dads long service award watch from the 60s. I don’t see that as part of my watch collection but more part of me.

HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND FELLOW WATCHCRUNCHERS

I do like the tuna design and that stealthy look is killer. I am considering a tuna style one day but would probably have to be steeldive homage or something similar as the price is a touch high for my budget to get the real deal

That’s a good choice to be fair. I got a Steeldive one first to see how it sat on wrist. It was the ‘standard’ size for a tuna and it sat well….aside from looking fabulous (I have posted a few pics previously). The grey one is slightly smaller but I have got my eye on a Arnie when they’re hopefully reduced on Black Friday. Homages are a great way to find out whether you like a watch before going to a recognised brand, if that’s your goal. I’d have been quite happy with just the Steeldive (for now) but when this one came up for sale secondhand, it was a bargain I couldn’t refuse

I do love the tuna case design. I'm going to have to try on a mini at some point.

That’s a hard question, man. Wow, I started thinking about it, and had a very difficult time deciding. Besides the watches I got from my dad, and the ones I have left from him- which includes my favorite of all, my Seiko Astron- I think I go with the Seiko Alpinist Sarb017. I went on what I love to look at on the wrist, not on functionality.

I’ve been eyeing that specific watch for a while to be honest!
