I went on the timefactors site and it’s not so easy to buy, at least on impulse, which is probably a good thing. Am I right in thinking that they have specific days and times in which you can only buy?

Yes that’s right, I got both mine on the secondary market, one on chrono24 and one on eBay. Both I got for under retail.
