Doxa 300T issues

I own a Doxa 300T and have worn it on and off for several months now. It has yet to see water and given the infrequency of its use I'm surprised that I'm having problems. The crown is just not right... Winding is very stiff, the date position is difficult to find and in general the crown movement between positions is stiff and gummy.

Anyone else have these issues?

I am likely going to contact Doxa but do hope to avoid sending the watch in for repair.

Sounds like something up with the movement. I would send it back if it's still under warranty

Had the same issue, had the watch for about 3 months before it was shipped out to service. Just got it back today after being gone for over 3 months.

They apologized for the delay and gave me a pretty cool travel pouch. They mentioned something because it was a special edition it had to be shipped directly to Doxa and we did that during the holidays. Looks like they replaced some wheels and restored the movement. Whatever they did you can definitely feel the difference. Winding the watch before was a chore, very grindy, now it's smooth like butter 😁

Hopefully my experience will be good. Won't know until they actually contact me again. I've had a shipping label sitting here for about a week. They said it would be picked up but nothing yet. If they don't reply to my emails I'm going to demand a refund and see if that gets some attention.😕

Do you have a local AD? Maybe you can drop it off like I did to speed things up.
