Which one should I get?
Looking for a solid understated GADA watch with a good bracelet.
(also considering Seiko SPB143 and SPB383).

These are all excellent choices. Chances are you’ll have advocates for every one of them on here. However, having people tell you that every of them is the best choice for you probably won’t provide any help with your decision.
In the end, the best advice any of us can give is to get to an AD and try them all, and pick the one that speaks to YOU the most.
Remember the First Rule of watch collecting: nobody cares what you’re wearing on your wrist. This is also true for other watch enthusiasts: we might be interested, but ultimately we still don’t care.
If you want a watch with a good bracelet don't consider any Seiko. The 'good bracelet' would sway me towards sinn and the two you have picked are different styles. I would rule out the aquis as for a gada watch you really don't want an integrated bracelet.

556 is the best GADA
Aquis doesn't really look understated...
I really love my Sinn 104. The bracelet is superb, but the clasp feels very cheap and is bad quality.
