Doxa website vs Watches of Switzerland
I am ordering a Doxa Sub 200 pretty soon and I'm wondering if anyone has experience ordering directly from Doxa versus Watches of Switzerland. Same watch, exact same price and I have heard the shipping from both is pretty fast.
Normally I would just order direct from the manufacturer, but is there anything else I'm not aware of and should know that anyone can share for either buying experience? I might be overthinking but thought I'd ask if anyone has any experience one way or another.

I've been curious about Doxa as well, also interested in seeing others' answers. Would also be cool to know if WoS offers discounts
I would only recommend WoS to my worst enemy. I have had just terrible customer service from both a sales associate and a Manager for online sales.

My take would be if you are going to buy a watch they offer, it might be worth buying it from them as it costs you nothing extra to “build a relationship”. If at any point in the future you want something harder to get, you are an existing customer already… I know certain models are only available to existing customers, for example. It might be an opportunity to play the long game.

While this is perhaps after your purchase, I ordered my #doxasub300t from WOS. The customer service was fine and the watch shipped and arrived very quickly. I even applied a discount from WOS and it worked fine.
I would only recommend WoS to my worst enemy. I have had just terrible customer service from both a sales associate and a Manager for online sales.
