Reasonable Seiko for watch newbies or oldies

I just got a pair as Easter gifts for two young men I know that are not watch guys but have some interest and one has just entered workforce in last year or so. These fellas need to come to our dark side!
Sure a basic quartz and not an auto, but I see these watches as just really easy to wear, set it and leave it and versatile.
A great way to introduce watches to someone and pretty reasonable.
Wanted to share as maybe you are looking for a similar watch for someone.
