I just pick this little guy up today! I couldn't pass up on this offer. What a little stunner. At least I think it is! It's an SPC131.
I will have to read up on it and see what it's all about. It came on a nice leather strap to replace the jingly jangly original bracelet. I think this leather strap suit this watch better that a bracelet.
It's very comfortable. At some point I might try to make an actual review. This will definitely deserve more than a five second review!

Ive only had it for a few hours. So far it wears very well. I will update you when I have more time behind the wheel. I can tell you right now that it is very comfortable. It's light, but feels solid. The strap is aftermarket but suits the watch very well. The original Seiko bracelet is nothing to write home about. Like every other Seiko bracelet. Therefore, it's an upgrade.

With the little time I spent with it so far, I can confidently say it's worth every penny. It is so intricate and interesting. I have a hard time looking away from the dial. It looks and feels vintage, without any of the drawbacks while the actual design and movement are very contemporay. Now I just need to figure out how it works!

It is very outside of my "preferred" type of watches. I'm usually all about divers, fliegers or sporty watches. This one caugh my eye and the compliction just sends it over the top. It is not the original bracelet. I think this straps adds to the vintage look and feel. I did not get the orignal strap but I'm not sad about it.
I hope those tingly feelings pushes you toward getting one!
