Part of the Club
I finally made it! I'm now part of the Duro club. I saw a deal and I couldn't pass it up.
Y'all will never guess how much I paid for my Duro. Partly because I will tell you shortly, partly because the price was pretty amazing. I got both for $79.97 CAD or $59.66 USD. That's right for two watches. So, if the step tracker is $51.99 CAD ($38.80USD) on Amazon, I got the Duro for $27.98 CAD. That's right. I got the Duro for under $21 USD. Who can say no to that!!!
Where did I find this deal you might ask? Well it's the local Costco! Going back around Christmas time, they advertised this duo for $120 CAD. The sale that followed brought it down to $99. Which is a decent price for both. During my last Costco trip the watch was advertised at $79.97. It sparked an interest but decided to wait for the next Costco run. If they had it they had it. If they didn't, no big deal. I can live without a Duro. I had done so until now.
The refrigerator told me it was time to fill it up. So off I went to do the weekly grocery shopping. And there it was. With the fish on it's dial. For $79.97. It felt like one of those take it or leave situations. So I took it. The very last set! The display models. I realize that I was close to being Duroless had I decided to wait an extra week.
And now for my long awaited review... Here are my two Canadian cents or 0.015 US cents... For all they are worth:
